As Gov. Bill Owens (RINO), politicians, mainstream media and suspect immigration control "activists" crow about Colorado legislators passing the "toughest law in the nation" to curb rampant illegal immigration, fact is, We the People have been cowbirded (again) in Colorado.

Cowbirds are parasites that lay their eggs in the nests of other bird species, who raise these invaders as their own. Colorado's new law -- modeled after Georgia's recent, highly touted "tough" law -- permits illegal minors to access all State and local services at Citizen-taxpayers' expense. Under this law, costly prenatal care for ever-pregnant invaders breeding jackpot 'anchor babies' is now a legal right in Colorado.

Colorado's mislabeled "Restrictions on Defined Public Benefits Act", effective August 1, 2006, states: "It is public policy of the State of Colorado that all persons eighteen years of age or older [i.e., exempting illegals from birth to age 17] shall provide proof that they are lawfully present in the United States prior to receipt of certain public benefits....[that policy being] enforced without regard to....national origin. "

The highly fertile cowbird seeks out her host's nest, lays her egg, removing and often cannibalizing her host's own egg to hide her deception. Hatching a day before the host's babies, the cowbird is larger and more demanding, forcing its hapless hosts to struggle to satisfy the invader's needs, usually to the detriment, even death, of their own babies.

Colorado's so-called "tough" law adds: "Verification of lawful presence in the United States shall not be required: For any purpose for which lawful presence in the US is not required by law, ordinance, or rule; For obtaining health care items and services that are necessary for the treatment of an emergency medical condition of the person...; For short-term noncash, in-kind emergency disaster relief; For public health assistance for immunizations with respect to immunizable diseases and for testing and treatment of symptoms of communicable diseases whether or not such symptoms are caused by a communicable disease; For programs, services or assistance, such as soup kitchens, crisis counseling and intervention, and short-term shelter specified by Federal Law or Regulation that: (I) Deliver in-kind services at the community level, including services through public or private nonprofit agencies; (II) Do not condition the provision of assistance, the amount of assistance provided, or the cost of assistance provided on the individual recipient's income or resources; and (III) are necessary for the protection of life or safety, or (f) For prenatal care ." [Repeat! This new law creates a RIGHT to prenatal care for illegals that is NOT Federally mandated!] The incompetent Department of Homeland Security, not Colorado's government, has oversight of the provisions of this Act.

How can anyone possibly claim this law is "tough" on illegals? It's a killer for Citizens!

By far, the outrageous new, explicit right to prenatal care for illegals breeding countless, cash cowbird Alien Anchor Babies, coupled with the now guaranteed "right" of illegals up to age 18 to exploit all public and even private services, is sure to harm and financially break many Colorado Citizens. The bottom line is, this new law gives invaders carte blanche to foist the costs of breeding, birthing, caring, and feeding of unlimited spawn upon Cowbirded Coloradans before we sorry Citizens can feed any remaining crumbs to our own families.

Endangered species watchdog groups such as Audubon agree that the non-native cowbird's threat to the survival of native, parasitized bird species is real and major. In fact, legislation protects animals at risk from these alien invaders, and some States are actively pursuing eradication for non-native plants and animals.

But American Citizens, in stark contrast, are fair game for leaders who purposefully enact legislation such as Colorado's, which traps, parasitizes and destroys us. No legal protections for us!

The strongest instinct is self-preservation, with external threats triggering natural, positive, life-affirming "fight or flight " responses in animals and humans. Experts report that some indigenous North American birds identify and aggressively attack would-be cowbird colonizers. Other parasitized species learn to recognize cowbird eggs as alien, abandoning invaded nests. Such "flight" from nests meant to raise their families often means abandoning their own unhatched chicks and losing a breeding season.

Even a Bird Brain knows you don't let parasites into your home, much less invite them to loot your nest egg, forcing you into suicidal servitude that ensures the invader's survival while risking your own. Yet that is exactly what Colorado's new law does, and anyone who claims otherwise is lying.

Just how serious is the cowbirding of America? Think "genocide," a term defined in 1944 by Polish Jew Rafael Lemkin. "Genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, including deliberately inflicting on the [targeted] group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; including imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group, and forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

In Colorado and throughout America, Citizens are now forced to pay the costs of birthing and raising alien children, as our own birthrates plummet, often due to results of open borders and resultant problems.

Kudos to the few (!) Colorado Republican legislators who went on record as Colorado's Cowbird bill passed to charge neoCON "W" pal Gov. Owens with betraying his constituents, and them. (Smarmy Owens quickly smeared them by name in local media.)

Long the darling of population-environmentalists favoring immigration controls, Gov. Dick Lamm (D) made shocking, revealing comments in response to a poll showing Citizen-voters now believe Colorado's No. 1 issue is illegal immigration. "This is not a very good reading on what problems the state faces." Huh? (http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_4057715) Lamm's early support for Bush's amnesty plan, which he revealed on local tv, was ignored by "our side," allowing Lamm to continue posturing as a leading advocate for immigration control.

We Citizens must reject ongoing statutory genocide targeting us via sinister immigration laws, open-borders policies and traitorous actions.

We the People must finally and utterly smash adversarial politicians, legislators, Machiavellian movement leaders, and others who craft, promote and enact laws and policies that empower invaders to destroy us. Beware of those exploiting 10th Amendment States' Rights to spin bad State-level bills, since dangerous State laws may well trump positive, desirable Federal legislation.

In fact, I believe that State laws such as Colorado's, are the new tool that will speed the invasion, colonization, and destruction of America and her Citizenry if we are not vigilant and willing to thwart these assaults upon our nation.

Cowbirds in Colorado, and throughout America, must be driven from our land, and we must not be fooled or forced into transferring what is ours to these parasites.

Will Citizens react to protect our survival, or will Americans accept, aid and abet our own extinction?
